Answer: Yes, The mailing list is included with every order.
Question: Can I use my own mailing list?
Answer: Absolutely, if you prefer to use your own simply upload it after you finish placing your order.
Question: How much does postage cost for each postcard?
Answer: We include postage and mailing services on all orders.
Question: Is there a setup fee on orders?
Answer: No, The prices listed on our website for our products are all inclusive, so we will never add any additional charges.
Question: How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
Answer: All orders begin processing within 24 hours of proof approval, and will be mailed within 3-5 business days thereafter.
Question: How long will it take to get my proof?
Answer: We will email the proof for your approval within 24 hours after you’ve uploaded all required graphics and information.
Question: How do I upload my files?
Answer: After your order has been completed you can click the upload link on the main menu, and you will directed to the upload login page where you will need to fill in some preliminary information relating to your printed materials. Once complete, you will be directed to the upload page. Note: You will need to input your order ID number located on the final order screen at check out and also included on the invoice that was emailed to you.
Question: Can I use any image files for my printed materials?
Answer: No, All image resolutions must be 300 dots per inch (dpi), and preferably in jpg format. Please, do not use images downloaded from the internet as they are 72 dpi and will render a low quality image when printed.
Question: Can you crop my images if need be?
Answer: Absolutely, if one or more of your images need to be cropped we will do it at no additional charge to you.
Question: Can I change anything about my order once I’ve approved my proof?
Answer: It depends, If at any time before your order is printed, you need to make changes, we will gladly do everything we can to accommodate you, as our goal is to satisfy you in every way possible, but unfortunately, if the printing process has already begun we will not be able to make any changes.
